Looking for someone experienced with Faceboook ads. I am looking to build clients, I need YOU to run Facebook ad campaigns to generate leads for people looking to sell their homes (US only but targeting will eventually be for any state, but starting ASAP with Maryland first)

Please demonstrate knowledge of FB ad targeting, and be able to show experience in this area.

If you can develop landing pages that is a PLUS.

Are you having your clients pay a flat fee for the advertising cost AND the service cost? Or, are you charging per lead (and you split that revenue with you and the person you hire to run the lead gen campaign)?

Just want to get a feel of what kind of compensation is possible.

Hey there,

I only charge a flat fee, usually also a SETUP fee. So looking to find someone who I can partner with, I bring in the clients, they manage the lead gen side, we split monthly fee...I am looking to make this my priority...I own Mid Atlantic Social Media & Marketing and have some big name clients, but they are all over the place in terms of industry, and it is hard to market my services to businesses in GENERAL, that is why I am looking to get niche specific and really lock into some killer lead gen and hit Realtors with a message that makes their mouth water and sign them up for monthly fee services.
