All Around Customer Support Person Needed - Must Know IM

We're looking for someone that can handle customer support for our webinar.

Your responsibilites would be, but not limited to;
Understanding webinars / webinar marketing.

Handling support in emails, facebook groups (3), our Intercom help desk,
answering questions on live webinars

Reviewing and critiquing powerpoint webinar slides.
