Niche/ Keyword Research needed!

I am looking for someone who can go and find me 3 "Profitable" niches. Each niche must have a keyword with 5,000+ monthly exact searches.

This is targeting the "UK" market which involves using Google.co.uk and Amazon.co.uk for traffic and product choices.

Here is what I need.

Products must cost £80+
"Very low competition in the serps"
Main keywords: 5,000+ monthly exact searches.
Products must have reviews from other customers.

Keyword examples:
"best stroller"
"stroller reviews"

They need to be buying intent keywords.

Google competition.

I need "VERY" low competition keywords, for example: sites with low PA, DA, no juice links, low PR and preferably no e-commerce sites.

If you can avoid amazon and e-commerce sites being in the top, it would be beneficial.

I have a great understanding of low comp keywords and I have a few tools to check the difficulty. I know what low competition keywords are, so please don't go out and find a niche then provide me with difficult keywords.

Will pay £10/$17 per niche.

The person who is picked will be used for my niche/keyword research on a continual basis to help me find more niches. Also, the pay will improve.
