Create Wordpress website and rank

I have a Wordpress theme already set up on a url for a small business niche.

I need to someone to create the website (say 10 pages) with local SEO optimised readable content (say 500+ words per page) and optimised pictures, alt tags etc (basically a full on site/on page SEO treatment to rank for keywords in my city).

I would prefer if you used Yoast plugin to optimise but i'm open to other methods. White hat only!
