Wanted: $60/hr dating affiliate (consultant)

This is a consulting gig. I can pay via upwork or paypal or whatever. Time commitment needed is probably only a few hours a week.

Just want to learn more about what the state of the art is for advertising in the dating space.

initial questions in a message would be:
which affiliate networks are you with? To run dating offers.
which traffic sources have u bought traffic for dating offers?
at your peak, how much traffic were you buying per day?? In dollar amounts please.
what ad tracker did you use to track CPL signups?
this is a long-term role. I have a dating app and we are going to buy lots and lots of ads.

we are approved by Facebook to run dating ads on their platform.

Although FB is very strict and I will want to be as compliant as possible, I still want to know all the available blackhat/greyhat options.
