| If you have experience with the ins and outs of the Kayako Support Suite, and understand how to customize their e-mail templates, I can use you... IMMEDIATELY. A contractor we used just left us high and dry, by not finishing the job they started. They couldn't figure out how to "tweak" the email_staffreply template, where our replies are parsing into the template. And, one other template wasn't finishing (i.e., the password tag not embedding into the email). Please reach out to me.... I'll initiate a PayPal payment to you if you're confident you can come in and finish what the other guys couldn't do. |
