Wanted: Affiliate Manager

I'm currently hiring for the position of affiliate manager to help recruit & maintain affiliates for Internet marketing related sites. Here's an example of the type of site you'd be helping be recruit affiliates for: Contest Burner Viral Marketing System

I have a wide variety of sites in other niches, but I'm dramatically expanding into the "online marketing" niche right now. So the ideal candidate should be knowledgeable and not brand new to Internet marketing.
