Content And Conversion Person Needed

I work with several small businesses, as well as several of my own websites promoting mostly affiliate products. I need a good content person to write 400-500 word web content pieces that need to be well written, researched, with a little SEO (I'll instruct on the SEO). The content will also need to have decent call to action and easy to read.

Secondly, I am looking for a conversion person to work with me website by website to increase conversions. We work with over 120 website right now and are looking to start with 3-5 sites initially as a trial basis for the person we select.
