Wanted: Experienced team to develop a premium IM Domain

Hi Warriors,

I have a great exact match 2 word domain in the IM niche. Highly premium, 1000s and 1000s of exact match and related searches. Its .org, but the .com and .net are not developed.

I need an experienced person/team to develop it into adsense/affiliate offers monetized site.

Here are the details of the project:

-Create the layout of the website on Wordpress/Thesis. I have Thesis developer license, so you can use that. The layout needs to be efficient with good clickthrough rates, nothing flashy, maybe a custom header, and decent CSS( font/color selection ) Mostly white and visible.

-Write SEO optimized content ( I will provide the list for about 30 keywords for about 30 content pages) Content must be 100% original and quality, include sample videos, real examples, etc. You'll get better idea when I'll give you the domain name. It will become obvious.

-I have SEOPressor, and every text article must be optimized to around 90% for its relevant keyword, that I will provide.

-Select highly converting affiliate offers and integrate them into the site.( You will have to select the offers for me, part of the project )

I need a turn-key delivery.

I will do the SEO, linkbuilding and bring traffic, you don't need to worry about that. That's my specialty. But I need a complete site to bring the traffic to.

We could take on the project but would only be willing to take it on as a whole and for $1500 minimum a month until it is complete! From there you can either take over adding new content and what not to get more money from the site or else it will be done by us for the same fee! Tim
