Need UK-based consultant to help with a software project

I am looking for a UK-based consultant to help with a software project. You will need to be available for a meeting in central London to discuss the project face-to-face.

What I'm looking for.

I need somebody who can find an outsourcer and manage them as well as the project.

I'm looking to create a server side software product which I intend to sell. The product will be similar to easy video player.

Will this be based on works in addition to your current video offerings Sarah or new from scratch?

Sometimes outsourcing is not needed if you have local companies that you could JV with in exchange for some rev for time exchanged, pop us over a PM with what you roughly would like to have controled and when you are looking to move with the idea
