I'm sure you will get some responses but no professional SEO accustomed to working with real businesses is going to create an entire blueprint giving you EXACTLY what needs to be done up front with keyword and competitive research for free. Thats the main job of an SEO professional.

You obviously misunderstood. I am not interested in getting someone to simply give me a quote without understanding the niche or competition properly and then providing a 'game plan' for tackling the job.

No one said anything about doing anything for free.

Best of luck to you. I was merely pointing out that no one is going to understand PROPERLY the competition and niche and have an EXACT game plan without putting in time. Thats the main job of an SEO and doing that as a condition for getting the job is risking doing it for free since you clearly will not be hiring everyone that does this as a condition for getting the job
