Lead Generators and/or Consultants (Sales reps) Commission based.

I am looking for a phone based Lead Generator and/or consultants (Sales reps).
The role you would fulfill would be working as an independent contractor.
Looking for native English speakers only, a screening process will be applicable to all applicants, so if you are a non native English speaker, this may not be the right role for you. 1. Position Details:

Job title: Phone consultant
Hours: Flexible
Location: Home based

Pay: This is a Commission only, based role. You will receive 20% of the total cost of the deal you worked on with the client, to be paid at monthly intervals after each installment the client makes, for as long as the client retains our services pertaining to the deal secured by yourself.

Pay: This is a Commission only, based role. You will receive 10% of the total cost of the deal you worked on with the client, to be paid at monthly intervals after each installment the client makes, for as long as the client retains our services pertaining to the deal secured by yourself.

2. Job Purpose:

Initiate and communicate with prospective clients and secure clients. Ensure a smooth transition to designated company contact. It is important that you clearly and precisely present our service offerings and create a rapport with the client. Excellent client service and professionalism is expected as standard.

3. Main Responsibilities

Initiate and create contact with clients and whenever possible secure commitment from them to receive our service offerings. You will be provided with e-mail facilities and access to tools that will enable you to do your job more efficiently.
Keep any and all prospective clients that you are dealing with informed and up to date with any progress regarding the status of any and all tasks or requests.
There will be an occasional need to carry out customer satisfaction surveys.

4. Requirements

Must be native English speaker.

Must have previous customer service / sales experience.
Must be a professional and driven individual.
Must have excellent telephone manor
Must have a friendly and approachable domineer
Consultative Sellers will be given priority.

4.a Technical Requirements

Must have at least one phone, preferably landline
Must have a reliable computer system with standard suite of software, e.g. MS Office or equivalent.
Must have a solid/reliable internet connection, with reasonable speed.

5 Desirables

· Any, IT/Advertising/Sales/Consultation experience is desirable but not required.
