Cold callers needed (per sale commission)

I have a hard time cold calling for a few reasons.

I could use someone who can:

Call local businesses for a listing in my local business directory in my state here in the USA so I need someone from the USA or understand that time difference matters.
Business owners can have pictures videos and have the page say anything they want, plus I will be using SEO to get them ranked high in the search engines for keywords related to their business and or name of it.

VERY IMPORTANT:
this is for a small fee to the customer.
What I am offering is a per sale commission
and you can do one of two things:
Get one payment for 50% of the sale or if you know how to setup monthly payments than get the first 2 upfront
you can keep the monthly payments and pay me my half of the initial or the first month and than just keep the rest.
If the customer cancels or does not continue paying just let me know and the listing comes down.

I will offer this for about 1 or 2 months to only a few people who are good at cold calling.
