Design Wordpress Theme from scracth
 

I am looking for someone very good with wordpress design and PHP coding to rework my client site. I made one earlier from a warrior but very dissatisfied, he left hidden backlinks in the code as if I know nothing about PHP, no attention to details.

So if you have a great knowledge about website design, you have sense of art and coding.
