[REQ] WooThemes FaultPress Theme Customization

I need my FaultPress by WooThemes - Bug Tracking and Ticketing WordPress theme theme changed from a bug tracking theme to a support desk theme.

I want users to have to register in order to post a support ticket.
I want them to get an email of the submitted ticket and any subsequent response.
When they submit the ticket, I want them to be able to see their own ticket they just submitted. and any other ticket they have submitted in the past.
I want the guest_submit page as the homepage after they are logged in.
This will run as a multisite installation.
