Web Marketing Guru Needed

I have an established product with up sells, downsells, physical products, etc in a hot niche which has consistently performed. What I'm looking for is someone who wants to take over the marketing aspect of my website for a commission and/or percentage of the sales. I've been involved in the creation of products and this is where I want to focus my time.

The way i envision this working (Not cast in stone by any means) is I know what my conversation rate has been for the last year. You can have complete creative control of the website, change the layout, design, sales page, anything you want. (Within reason) Any sales you make OVER the established baseline conversation rate, you get a percentage of. I'm not shy, or cheap and I'm willing to pay for professional results. I'm just tired of paying for BS.

So if you're willing to put your money where your mouth is, and have a proven track record that you're willing to prove and I can check, let's talk.
