Internet Marketing Software developer needed

I'm looking for an experience programmer to develop a Window based software that can do the followings:

- Collect articles on the internet based on a keyword, for example "weight loss".
- Generate unique articles from the collected articles by spinning
- Submit the articles to article directories
- Submit the articles to an installed wordpress blog

Please quote me the price by PM and let me know your previous experience.

If you developed some software that is similar, or if you have any new idea, that would be an advantage. Budget is flexible. However I need to have reasonable price.

If everything go smooth, we have a lot of software for you to build.

We are ready to serve you the software but except "Generate unique articles from the collected articles by spinning" this one. we can do all the other three.

I can do that but there are already softwares for this available.
Although as pointed out they can not generate perfect spinned versions on auto pilot. I suppose you want the articles readable and with perfect grammar?

Actually I have a few new ideas to add on so that the software won't be the same as other spinners on the market.

However I can't reveal the full idea here.
