[REQ] WooThemes SupportPress Theme Customization

I need someone to make changes to a website of mine that runs WooThemes SupportPress. I need 2 changes.

1 – Add 5 custom fields to the ‘new ticket’ page. (name, ticket number, po #, items to add, items to delete, items to change) Nothing complex, just text fields.

2 – Have all those fields be searchable by the internal search box.

3 – Insert the users name under the avatar box on the ticket page.

Currently when the users comments, their avatar is displayed with their update to the right. In order to see who made that comment you need to hover your mouse over their avatar. I want the name under the avatar.
Three changes, straight forward, I pay fast. I will give you a login to the site and you can make the changes directly through wordpress or I can give you FTP access. Please send me the turnaround time and price.
