DONE! Need a Valid XHTML and CSS Template Created

Hello warrior web designers!

I need a Standards compliant, cross-browser compatible, fully valid XHTML and CSS template created. (I will be checking the code) I will be using this template with a PayPal shopping cart for a client's website.
The template needs to be 2 columns with a left-hand sidebar and incorporate these 2 colors with white background for content text: #31AB94 and #6A6BAF

I want it to be fresh, clean and modern. I need this done by the very latest on Saturday, August 13, 4pm EST

PLEASE DO NOT POST YOUR INFO HERE - Please send me a pm with links to 2 or 3 samples of your work.

I will pay $30 for the template via PayPal and whoever I choose for the job will get $15 in advance, and $15 once the template is approved, delivered to me zipped up and completed. This is a perfect job for a web design student so I would rather not work with a web design company but rather a freelancer. It's very likely that if I am happy with your work that there will be more work in the future for you.
