Is there anyone here who know there way around these website creation software's?

I have been hired to make these video for a company that makes image tools for sites. I can handle the wordpress plugins, but customers have asked for videos on the above 3 website creation tools which i have not used myself.

I am looking for someone to either:
Make the videos and write by the steps (for me to narrate over the tops)
Or just write the steps down for me to record the video myself.

If you can record the videos in Camtasia and write the step by step guide, i will pay $20 per video.

If you just write the step by step guide i will pay $10 per guide.
