Need 2 wordpress event/donation/payment forms for a charity

I'm trying to help a local non-profit redo their website. They have, or will have soon, a wordpress site and they want to setup online registration for their annual 5K walk/run and take payment online. They'd need a form that collects the personal info, tshirt size, etc, and allows them to make a payment, (via paypal) a minimum amount with an open ended payment option because most people donate more than the min.

For the 2nd form, a donation form with a 2nd set of name, address info to specify the person the donation is being made in the name of.

Nothing crazy, but I don't own the dev version of gravity forms and I don't know how to do it otherwise.

The budget is tight, its for a good cause, let me know what you can do.

Thanks!

Thanks to everyone for all the replies. The charity has decided to go a completely different route now with their donations and will not need these forms built.

For a very inexpensive quick option you could use a surveymonkey web form SurveyMonkey: Free online survey software & questionnaire tool free account to do your sign up form and then do a Paypal button in the form. Paypal also offers a donation button option if your looking to give tax deducatble reciepts.

You could inlude the link in a post on the website and in emails.

This will not be as eligant as having a custom form developed but it is free and you could use some of the donations to fund the development of a form.

Just an idea for you to think about.

I am the Chairman of a 501c3 nonprofit. Let me know if you have any other nonprofit questions.

Anthony
