My blog contains the quality and original postings the search engines like. I am happy with my designer. It is a 3 yr old blog and I have invested (and more than I care to admit--misinvested while I was learning) ~$3000 into it. I have a couple on site goals, but my primary need is off site assistance.

I have ranked well -- #3 on page one for "earn more", and with help will be able to promote that and other calls easily.

My weaknesses are in off site SEO. I need someone who

• can show me the way to maximize my time invested in Twitter, Facebook, Google + and perhaps one or two more social networks.
• can get the pings, profitable advertisement, and directory submissions necessary to get me noticed.
• has an understanding of guest blogging. Someone who can say, "this post needs to be here." Or, "Write a post like this, so I can post it here." Or, perhaps, "This is not one of your better posts. We will put it here."
• can get me meaningful interviews, and eventually press releases.
• upon looking at my blog will see its potential, and perhaps help me focus in directions that I am not mentioning here.

I am writing this at a lull in my blog. It just left page 1 of Bing #5 and Yahoo #3,7, and is now on page two for "earn more." Again, my concept is original and with the right promotion, ...I am not alone in my belief that it has tremendous potential.

Please note that I have ZERO interest in any black hat methods. Sorry about the shout, but that is non-negotiable.

I am anxious to set up Skype sessions to find an off site SEO expert. I will be especially interested in your expertise--can you convince me that we can accomplish the aforementioned bulleted points?
