Video Course - Please Help!

I'm looking for someone to help create a short video course. The course will mainly be covering certain aspects of Google AdWords and Microsoft AdCenter. The speaker will need to sound very professional as well as enthusiastic and highly knowledgeable about the many aspects of online marketing. I will also need to see an example of your previous work. I am on a bit of a budget, so please keep the prices reasonable.
