Programmer Needed--Looking To Outsource Programming

We are a Marketing Company that offers front to back end web services for companies in the Real Estate Sector. We are looking for a company or individual to outsource a project to. I have listed below the project details. Please provide price quotes and timelines. Please understand we know the difference between retail prices and outsourcing prices, so don't waste our time or yours. We are looking to start a relationship with someone that wants to handle our work consistently. This will be our trial run.

Project Summary: An existing Real Estate company needs to update their website. www.blueorlando.com. Our team of designers and SEO experts have already created the new design. We are looking for someone to code the work.

Platform: This project is done on a Wordpress CMS

Project details: You will be required to perform the following functions

1. Create and use a custom Wordpress Theme that best utilizes the design and layout our designers have created. The entire website uses 7 templates, the websites total number of pages total 107.
2. The hompage, blog homepage and 4 other interior pages use a slider in the header, that we will provide, that will have 3 slides one of which will be a youtube video that will need to be inbeded.
3. Create Flowcharts of the structure of the website
4. Create Wireframes
5. The whole project needs to be coded in CSS, no tables are to be used.
6. Every page must pass Xhtml and css validation. In other words we need very clean code.
7. Every Page must be w3c compliant.
8. SEO friendly--specifically all images must be optomized, video files must be optomized and compressed
9. No frames to be used, no flash. This must be seo friendly.

Hello there,

I think that the wordpress platform is defenitely not gonna be the most appropriate choice for a professional real estate company web site - it's just not serious. The most adequate solution would be to programme it from scratch. Concerning the w3c valid code, it is quite achieveable, but keeping in mind the the administrators of the site will dynamically publish content through WYSIWYG editors, the content will certainly not pass such validation.
