Hi,

I am looking for someone who can create custom graphics for me (NO clip art etc. 100% original design) AND are capabable of doing WP customization / redesign of the whole website. I need a header, footer, background and several banners (most popular standart sizes) first and more graphics later on.

I want someone who can take my rough ideas about my website and come up with a design. Then use that design to customize the site. I use Genesis framework.

The redesign of the page itself should be done in a way that it is easy for me to take a look, give feedback, suggest changes etc. and then upload a child theme based on that to Genensis or whatever is the most efficient approach to customize a theme. Photoshop would be a good option for me to use to "see" how the site will look like. I also need the original graphic files to be photoshop files so that I can make easy changes myself if I ever need to.

NOTE: My intent is to brand myself (my name) as an expert and highly trusted authority in my niche and the look of the website should also reflect this. I have hired a rockstar content writer to rewrite my blog and now I am looking for equally skilled designer to take care of the outlook of the website. I am NOT looking for any crappy graphics that some $20 software automatically spits out in 10 secs...but a high quality design that spells PROFESSIONAL. My niche is not IM related so if IM or any "make money from home" niche is all you have done in terms of design please don´t contact me; I am looking for highly creative designer who can take my basic consept/ idea for the design, improve it and make it shine like a star Having that said, I do have my budget, which grows as my demands grow: Ideally I am looking for a longer term business relationship with a company/individual who has also a solid understanding about BRANDING and communications and who can build the website and help me to brand it/me in a way that it will be easily scalable. I need the service descibed in the beginning of this post first, and if I am satisfied with the results I need more advanced services as my business grows.
