Hi!

I have a theme that performs a specific function, but right now the coding is so that one has to go in and manually adjust settings on the theme pages in order for it to function.

I want this theme to have simple areas in the back for the user to enter their specific details and it automatically will display proper functioning on the theme.

I can pass on the current files done, but there is most likely a simpler way to code it.

For example - one area I would like for the user to be able to upload 2 different banners. One banner would display by default, and the other would show when visitors hover over the banner.

There is a bigger part of this theme that also needs to be coded differently - but would like the same kind of functionality. User enters data, and the theme performs a function.

As far as the design - the basic layout is there, but would like users to be able to customize fonts possibly as well as a choice of sidebars.

A copy of the current theme will be provided as well as a list of what functions I would like added.

This is more of a coding job, so if you are not really a designer I can probably work something out for someone else to handle design. Not much needs changing on the actual design.

Also, I am planning to market this theme, and updates may be needed. I would like who ever takes this on to be there for needed updates - of which they would be paid to do. The initial funding available is modest, but depending on how well this theme is received there could be some nice bonus funding down the road. You also would get a great testimonial for use on your own promotions.

I am looking to have this project completed before the end of January - but if you can bang it out quicker that would be great.
