Looking For Help with Two Local Search Clients

Hello Warriors -

Long time reader of the forum and admittedly addicted to WSO of the day lately.

I was hoping to get some help (yes we can pay), advice or just a second set of eyes to look at a couple of local search clients we are having trouble with getting ranked.

We have two clients that have recently suffered a drop in organic rankings. We have been doing SEO for several years and have never had anything like this happen. We need to see what it would take to get the following two urls number in the top 2 on google organically.

We have a budget and would love to get some feedback from the group here.
