Need a website from position 10 to position 1 or 2

Hello. I am looking for a fix price for ranking my site from position 10 to position 1. I finally made 1 clickbank sale today and my site is on page 1 but is on the bottom on position 10. I know that if my site was on position 1 I would get way more traffic and I would have a few clickbank sales. I have heard from so many people that all of the traffic sits mostly on position 1 and 2.

My keyword gets 4,400 exact searches per month according to the google keyword tool. Not only do I want to be rank first for my keyword but I would like to remain and get stuck there.

I need a fix price for this job.

Also I have another 4 more sites that have adsense ads and maybe those would be easier to rank on the first page instead of my clickbank site. I will also need a fixed price to get at least 1 of them on position 1 for the keyword I am trying to rank for.

I do not want mixed results or suggestions. I need someone with lots of seo experience and who has several tools like traffic travis, market samurai, etc.. and analize the seo competition and tell me for sure if they can deliver a page one and position 1 for at least one of my 5 sites.

I don't have the money to work on all of them, I can only pay to get at least 1 site on position 1.

If it works and I am getting results I will hire this person again to work on my other sites.
