Looking for an SEO/SEM tech guru for profit-sharing partnership
 

I'm a principal in a real estate investment firm and we are working a very unique niche. The good news is that there does not seem to be much competition(yet) for our services, and generating leads via various internet marketing avenues should not be too difficult for someone with experience.

I will pay $500.00 for every deal converted through leads generated via your efforts. Typically, from my experience, leads generated organically for our product convert at 10-25% on average. You won't need to generate a lot of leads to make a nice chuck of change.

Great opportunity for any tech guy who wants to make a lot of money and it's a great way for someone to get a nice flow of residual cash if you get things running on autopilot...

Think of how nice it would be to earn 10k-15k a month on an SEO project that you've completed months ago, but still produces revenue!!
