Description: Link Emperor SEO Manager

Job Purpose:
Daily management of our in-house SEO processes. This involves implementation of SEO best practices for all sites in our company portfolio, utilizing the many in-house tools at your disposal, and allocating a set monthly budget. This also involves helping the founders to create SEO-related content for the LinkEmperor.com blog and other outlets, teaching customers what’s working and what’s not.

Job Duties:
- Developing SEO “Strategic Plan” for each site in our portfolio & having it regularly approved by company founders. Management has an extremely strong SEO background and should be regularly involved in decision making to optimize time spent on individual projects.
- Reporting detailed monthly SEO results for all sites and planning improvements
- Allocating monthly budget towards highest-reward opportunities
- Participating in numerous SEO forums for newest ideas, deals & opportunities
- Implementing SEO strategy, ensuring that links are being built on time and to specifications. Potentially managing outsourcers for certain projects, if necessary.
- Communicating regularly with in-house automation and programming teams to ensure that software being created is truly world-class.
- Checking in daily and being accessible to other employees through chat communications any time work is being done.
- Attending regular pre-scheduled team “huddles”
- Creatively inventing new SEO strategies, submitting them to company founders and testing them for effectiveness.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the way Link Emperor works, and managing our sites within it.
- Writing high-level blog posts, emails and other value-adding content multiple times per week for distribution to Link Emperor customers or for the purpose of promoting Link Emperor around the Internet.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Expert-level knowledge of SEO, both in theory and in practical application
- High level of familiarity with common SEO software
- Excellent command of the English language
- Comfortable using chat software like Skype
- Consistently positive attitude
