Need someone to Customize Classipress

I am looking for someone to create me a custom design and setup my website with Classipress for Wordpress.

Im after a website similar to www.mechanics.com.au.

I really like the features and set up on all the pages. I have already purchased the Classipress.

Some of the things I like is how the businesses listed have the option to write articles, upload videos, FAQ, team profiles, possibility to be on different categories (auto mechanic, mobile mechanic etc) when searched for.
Customers can search and sort results by reviews etc. Similar to fiverr.

What I would like is the OPTION to have paid per lead. Customers would not be able to contact the business directly just like fiverr.

I would like to use this template for other directories.
