Hello. Here is my job description I am going to try to make things simple:

1. I need a adsense site that can make me a minimum of $20 dollars per day. Meaning I want to make at least $600 dollars per month. Period!

2. The site must have a high CTR. Meaning ads must be placed perfectly for high click through rate and you must use the adsense ctr theme.

3. The site must be on position 1 or 2 in less than one month for the main keyword, meaning keyword research must be done perfectly. The seo competition must be low, and the keywords must have earnings of at least $1.50 per click profit.

4. The site should be on page seo optimized perfectly.

5. It has to be a really great niche that is untapped and that has great adsense earnings.

6. This person must have a tract record of making really good money with adsense themselves. I need someone who is trustworthy and is not going to do anything blackhat and mess up my adsense account.

7. I need to start this job immediately and I need someone who is going to concentrate on only my project until is done. I don't want someone who has muiltiple projects running at the same time.

8. My site has to rank easily with minimum backlink effort.

9. Please apply if you are an adsense expert and think you can get this job done exactly to my specifications and in a timely and safe manner.

Ps. I paid $47 dollars on the warrior for hire section to have a adsense site built for me and it is currently ranking on the first page position 3 and is making me about $1.10 per day. Just mentioning this real example as I want this job to be done correctly the first time and make sure that there are no misunderstandings. I repeat again, this site MUST earn at least $20 dollars per day minimum in adsense earnings.

Your requirements are unrealistic. Nobody can guarantee you $20 a day from Adsense. If they say they can, they are lying.

You obviously don't know much about Adsense. Google can post ads where you will make $1 per click one day and the next day drop it to .01 per click because your site is not "relevant" enough.

Additionally, because of the "interest-based ads" that rate can fluctuate quite dramatically day to day.

Google follows people now and monitors what sites they visit. So, for example, let's say I go visit the site "Fantamorph.com"....and Fantamorph has an Adwords account with Google and only paying .05 per click. Well, everywhere I go I will see those Fantamorph ads and any website where I visit and click on that ad will earn you .05.

There is no guarantee of $20 or any amount of money with Adsense.

Now, you can turn off those "interest-based" ads on your site, but still, if your site is deemed not relevant enough for the higher paying contextual ads, you will not earn a high ppc on those ads.

I know a lot about Adsense and also about ad position and testing, but I would not work for you with those requirements you specified. I'd be rich if I could guarantee site owners $20 per day. In fact, I would just build up my own sites and forget doing any work for others, period.

Anyway, this is kind of nonsense. You would have to pay a boatload just in order to have someone do this for you and not themselves. This is kind of crazy.. LOL

Here are a few points to consider:

1. You want the site to make at least $20 per day, does that mean it must make $20 every day or that it should average $20 per day over the course of a month, the reason I ask this is many adsense sites revemie vary by allot each day. I have some Adsense sites that average well over $20 per day but on the weekends they may only make $3 or $5.

2. Do you have cash to actually afford a site that averages that kind of revenue, most sites sell for 12 to 18 months revenue so based on your numbers you would be looking at $7k to 11k range.

3. How would you work out the guarantee?, how long would the guarantee apply, are you willing to let the seller login every month to verify the actual revenue.

I have sites that meet your requirements already and if the price is right I would be willing to sell but based on original post it leaves out too many details, please pm me if you can afford to buy and are serious...

Nobody here can possibly do that [makes a minimum of 20 dollars a day guarantee!]
Thats $140pw lol. If i could help you, i'd build 10 sites tomorrow and make $1400 pw sitting on my arse. Why stop there? To make $20 pd on 1 site would need maybe 10k visitors per week.
