Help on CPA

Hi Girls and Guys,

I am in the internet business since two years, still enthusiastic but not very successful.
I have bought several so called "set and forget" websites at the WF from different worriors. Not a single one works properly....mistakes I learn from day by day.
Following several roads I was also doing some CPA network stuff with peerfly (with direct linking), this one at least with no loss.
I am now approved from a network called CPATank, seems to be very successful network but need to build LP (landing pages). I am not a native english speaker (German) and I am not able to see/use the links CPATank gives as my proxy does not allow this.
What I am looking now for is someone, who is willing to go trough all the process (building LP with the links, helping me on the proxy issue etc.) as a training or joint venture or whatever, I am open. If someone here is in this business, just give me a quote.
