Copywriter wanted: Salesletter for Forex Educational Site

I need an experienced copywriter to create a salesletter/landing page for a membership based Forex Educational site.
This site is directed to a Romanian audience and it will be in romanian so either you are a romanian and have done this before OR you will bear in mind that the salesletter will be translated so you need to tweak the words in such manner that not a lot is lost in translation.

Both of them won't be cheap (if this is what you're expecting) however which would you rather have?...
