Our company is looking to hire the right individual as our Customer Service/Help Desk Manager. This position is several hours a week and can be expanded into a few other roles/tasks if the right person steps in and shows us their capabilities. Perks of the job will include access to our training and products, an active role in our team, and bonuses for performance, etc. We are looking for someone to fill the role as a subcontractor at this time, we may expand the role to actual employment depending on the person. I am definitely it!... I am detail oriented and fluent in English... I excel at working with people because I like to make people happy... I can brush off petty comments because I want get to the source of the problem and I fix it... I love problem solving situations and I am available to answer tickets daily...
