I would recommend narayanan86 for WordPress related tasks. He's good at most things WordPress, including theme design changes. I'm not sure if he develops plugins, or even has experience dealing with viruses. But, I think he could handle it.

Is this a javascript virus ?
Let me know , it could be as easy as editing 2 files and remove the code inserted, mostly can be found in the files with 'index' as the name.
