Looking for a ROCK STAR Customer Service Rep
 
We’re looking for someone who will take ownership of our support system and strive to meet our client’s needs and keep them happy. Our company offers software and services and our ultimate goal is for our clients to feel like we have the best support staff that they’ve ever interacted with. This position is a “work from the comfort of your own computer” position.

Do You View Every Support Email as an Opportunity to Make Someone’s Day Better?

If so then you might be exactly who we’re looking for. Our Customer Service Rock Star will head up our support team and be responsible for delivering “wow” to our clients through our support desk and over live chat. You’ll have easy access to our member’s accounts so that you will have all the information that you need to answer their questions and make their day better!

Besides trusting you with our customer’s happiness, we’ll also teach you how to navigate within our software and give you ownership over important tasks like screening their valuable feedback and inputting new information into our dynamic software.

Is Technology Your Best Friend?

Are you great at using things like Google docs to keep yourself organized, track work with customers and keep great notes? When writing an email just doesn’t feel like it gets the job done, do you whip out Jing or skype to give it a more personal touch? If so, these are the types of things that make you stand out as EXCELLENT above other candidates.

Our company is related to online marketing of local businesses, so a knowledge of SEO, Local Search and Internet Marketing would be considered a huge plus.

Hi all!

I wanted to post a quick message here because we've had great responses and have been running interviews and intended to fill the position over the weekend. However, on Friday my mother had a stroke and I had to leave the state and just got back.

She's doing okay, so don't worry. I just wanted to let everyone know there was a delay in the process and I'll pick up where I left off tomorrow. :)
