Need someone to create my WFH sales page

I will soon be offering a service in the Warriors-For-Hire forum, and I would like someone to create the page for me. When I say "create," I mean only the technical creation of the displayed page (file). I don't need any writing or even formatting help... that is handled already.

I'm merely a little unsure about HTML versus PHP and all that. We could make it a very simple HTML page with nothing more complex than red, bolded headlines etc., or maybe we might take it up a notch with image-based text... I'd like that more, because it can look a lot better than HTML, but I'm unsure of how much more it would cost me. I'm trying to keep the cost minimal.

Perhaps we could even discuss a barter of your help for some of my services if you're open to that (not necessary, though). Shoot me a PM and we'll knock it around.
