Need Cold Calling Partners in Various US Cities

I am looking for people to do telephone (or skype - free) cold calling in the following cities:

Austin
Fort Worth
Cleveland
San Diego
Fort Lauderdale
St Louis

The job, which can be on-going, involves contacting local businesses and signing them up for a short advertising contract at $25 per month.
Payment is $15 per sign-up (each month) and at least 10 sign-ups per day should be feasible.

Just FYI, I've never cold called A DAY IN MY LIFE. But I would like to try so that I can do it successfully in my own business. This could be the perfect training.
