Hello, Need to hire an advanced Internet Marketer to take over for me (the owner). Salary = $50,000 to $100,000 plus bonuses. This is a real company and a real job offer! We’re an industry leading web-based business providing online services for the real estate industry since 2005. Our business runs with a small core team of workaholics in the US, Europe, and Asia (Programmers, Affiliate Manager, Virtual and Customer Service Assistants, PPC contractor, etc.). I’ve been chief cook and bottle washer and just can’t keep up with our growth; need someone to take over most of the IM projects/tasks so I can focus on a huge related project. You must be a master at most (preferably all) of all these skills and hit the ground running… Copywriting (you MUST be able to write and recognize good sales copy) Paid Traffic (PPC, CPA, etc.) Email Marketing Google Analytics Affiliate Marketing Banner Advertising Social Media Marketing Media Buying and Planning Project/Program Management Landing Page Design and Optimization Complex Excel Spreadsheets (Data Tracking and Reporting) General Operations Management (multi-tasker and able to keep staff and contractors working on common goals) Customer Service management Some knowledge of these additional skills would be nice (but not required): Direct mail Offline Advertising HTML and basic scripts CRM Systems Basic Photoshop/Graphics Webinar, VSL’s and basic Video Production Word Press Blogs and CMS Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Real Estate Investing knowledge Experience running your own (prior) IM business. This is largely a “work-at-home” position with very flexible (but long) hours. Generally, we'll need to meet daily by phone/ Skype and in person every couple months to discuss big projects (I live in Florida so we'll pick some cool place to meet and have fun.) There’s lots of low hanging fruit. I’ve mostly focused on Affiliate Marketing until recently. We’re cash flow positive (upfront) w/ Google PPC (search) and just now getting into Display & Media buys. There are many other channels beyond these. Salary is $50,000 to $100,000/yr and is a function of what you bring to the table. If you can run the IM part of this business without me, create value and significantly increase sales/profit, it’d be a no-brainer for me to pay the upper end of the scale. If you’re only book smart, or slow to execute, you’d be looking at the lower end of the range, and probably won’t have much job security because the goal here is to hire a self-starting IM MASTER to free up my time. Bottom line is we’ve got one of the highest converting funnels in the REI and IM space and need someone to take charge of rolling this out to new marketing channels while I build the next generation product. A master IMer will see the opportunity very clearly. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: -This is NOT a 9-to-5 or 40 hr/wk “job” -You must be a native English speaker w/ great written English skills -Based in the US, UK or Australia (only). -High energy, friendly, upbeat personality -Very fast learner of new internet-based programs/applications. -Quiet, uncluttered home office SELF MOTIVATED: Since most of our team works virtually from home, everyone is extremely self motivated and organized. If you are someone who needs to be reminded or “watched” to make sure you get your job done, this is not for you. GET-IT-DONE MENTALITY: When a task is assigned and a deadline is set, you must deliver. Period. If a problem arises, you need to have the initiative, confidence and common sense to find a solution and Get It Done! HOW TO APPLY: Please submit your resume (in total confidence) to me at: kenwade1 [at] gmail.com …along with a cover letter explaining how you meet the qualifications above, your prior compensation and desired salary. References will be required before hiring. For the right person there is significant advancement potential as we are growing very fast. |

Hi, I just realized - that with my new Warrior login, I can't reply to PMs until I have 50 posts, so please communicate by email. (I'm a Warrior from way back; spent countless hours/days here back in 2005 - 2007 and learned a lot. When they switched to some new forum script years ago I was unable to carry-over my original login/username... and just haven't had time to hang out here and post since then.) |

You are very detailed in what you are looking for and I am between contracts, so it seems like perfect timing. I have sent you an email for your review and further consideration. I look forward to hearing back from you. |

So, has anyone else heard from this guy? I sent my resume' and bio, he was very interested in talking, set a time to talk via skype, he canceled because he was going out of town for Memorial Day. I followed up twice and he seems to have disappeared. Anyone know this guy and if he is for real? It just seems a bit suspicious after 11 email exchanges... |

Hi CoachKat, Of course I'm for real... In our email exchanges I gave you the details/links of my main site and Corporate details so you could examine our sales funnels and perform your own DD/research. When I saw your post (directly above) a couple weeks ago I decided we weren't a good fit Sorry, I should have emailed you directly but (frankly) was a bit put-off by your post... no doubt your creating 'suspicion' about me discouraged others from applying for a very real and significant career opportunity. *************** UPDATE to Original post: We've modified our plan a bit from the original "Operations Manager" post at top of this thread, there's just more work than one person can reasonably handle. Rather than hire ONE person to 'do it all' we're breaking the task down into several 'part time' virtual positions. If you have the skills, time and interest to take on any of the major operational 'chunks' in the original job description... Please submit your resume (in total confidence) to me at: kenwade1 [at] gmail.com …along with a cover letter explaining which tasks you want to do, your qualifications and desired compensation. References will be required before hiring. | |
