Webinar Coach Wanted

I’m looking for someone to coach me on helping me set up my first webinar for profit. I have been intrigued with this business model and I think if done right can be very profitable. Keep in mind I have no list and no contacts and have no prior knowledge of setting one up so I will need someone who can help me with different avenues to obtain these things. Also I would need to be schooled on what tools I would need software etc. I been looking at some of the webinar courses out there but I think I would do better with a hands on approach. I have some money to invest in tools and coaching as long as the price is right. I was thinking more on the lines of taking the coaching and using it to help a person with a product hook up with another person with a list, set up everything and then split the profits.
