Looking For Someone That Can Add Star Ratings To My Website

My Website is a Web Hosting Review site. I don't want the ratings that show a percentage on there anymore. ( Each Hosting Category has the percentage rating listed ) Instead I want Star Ratings and a number amount below it that says how many customers reviewed that hosting plan.

I want a star rating similar ( not exact ) to this site:

I would like the stars to be yellow and glossy. Similar to the ones on my Logo.
But tiny! And the number of customer reviews below it in the color black.

I still need someone to add star ratings to my website. You will need to edit the database and add it to all my pages and index. ( when someone writes a new review the star rating should be effected and change, not stay the same ) There are 10 different hosting sites I'm reviewing on my website. If you are 100% sure and very confident you know how to do this, then please PM me with your asking price and your email as well since my post count is less than 50. Thank you!!
