Hello!

I'm looking for a SEO expert who can "fix" some of the internal pages on my site that got penalized after Penguin and completely disappeared from Google. The homepage is #1 for the keyword it targets, and some of the internal pages are #1-5 as well, but I would like to get the penalized ones back, as they have high quality content that was getting me a ton of traffic before.

The work would involve analyzing the current backlink profile of the penalized pages, fixing it by removing/creating backlinks and do any in-page SEO if necessary (the page is in foreign language, but I can help with that).

I want someone who can prove his/her experience on a similar task and that is willing to receive part of the salary AFTER the penalized webpages show up again in the Google top 20 (they were showing in the top 5 before Penguin).
