Hello, I need someone to manage paid ads campaigns (ppc, media buys, etc.)
It's a humor site and I'm looking to get the brand known and increasing number of visitors

Budget is not yet set, I will start with a low amount for testing purpose and if I'm satisfied I'll substantially increase it
I'm not looking for a one time campaign, if we get a deal it will be a continuous relationship with payments made on a monthly basis
