"Local" expert wanted - Places, Yelp, citations, etc

Hi All,
We are luanching a pilot program to test some local marketing. This has the posibility to turn into 100 +.

We would like someone that can do a complete "local" marketing package for us.
This would include Google + / Google places, yelp, yellow pages, facebook fan page, local keyword domain website, relavent citations, reviews, etc.

We currenlty would set this up in one city but have 100 locations in differenct cites.

We are only looking for experts with a good track record and great communations.
