Re-Opened October 24, 2012, 8PM US-Eastern Time

I'm Jason. Many of you know me from the posts I make in the main forum, and I'm nearing 2000 of those. If you don't know me, click my name and look at my history.

I run a content creation company called The Article Pros. We write articles, reports, e-books, and everything in-between for every type of customer you can imagine. We produce both articles that are written strictly for the reader and also SEO'd articles written with Google in mind.

Either way, we produce excellent, A-1 content.

I'm looking to add 1 or 2 more writers to my staff. To qualify for this position, you must meet a few requirements:

#1 - You must be a native English speaker. I'd prefer American English, but I do have clients who want British English as well. This does NOT mean that you live in India and took an English class. If you were not born and raised in an English-speaking country (USA, UK, Australia, Canada, etc.), then you are not what I am looking for.

#2 - You must be fast. If it takes you 2 days to write a 500 word article, you won't cut it working with me.

#3 - You must have MS-Word. We deliver articles in 2 formats: plain text and .docx.

#4 - You must have a Copyscape account. If work is turned in with even one plagiarized sentence, you lose any credit for the job (money) and you're off the team.

#5 - You must have an additional grammar checker on top of MS-Word and you must use it. I don't particularly care what you use, but I prefer Ginger myself. (It's free, it learns, and it's simple to use. It can also check British and American English at the click of a button.)

If you meet all of the above requirements, then I need you to write a small, 200 word article on one of the following topics:
  • Pandaren Monks
  • Edward Cullen vs Lestat de Lioncourt
  • Murlocs & Gnolls
Do not save it as a text doc or Word file. Paste it directly into an email. Make the first paragraph a 3-4 sentence introduction telling me about you, and then introduce the 200 word post you wrote for me. Send this email to tryouts [at] thearticlepros [dot] com.

Replies in this thread will be treated as spam and reported to the mods. PMs will be handled similarly.

Hello Sir,

Is this work still available?

I can help you on that matter sir but sorry, I can't send you PM because still need 50 posts before I could PM someone.

I can build backlinks everyday (all white hat and all accordance in your instructions). I will be working regarding your instructions and I will follow it. I also have some edu blogs here and maybe we can use it in the future. I will be working only on high PR sites. I can do web 2.0 submission, edu submission, bookmarking, article directory submission and etc. That is all manual method..

By the way, this is my email: seoharpz@gmail.com and skype id: michelle.young58

Thank you and have a nice day.

Michelle

I find it amazing that all of your responses so far in here don't seem to qualify. I am not applying but I just wanted to comment on that fact. I wish you well I don't think I am quite what you're looking for if those are the sorts of topics you want written, even though I do fit your criteria.

Cheers, Laurence.

Well, based on what the post says, anyone who replies to this thread is automatically disqualified (Whoops!).

<< Replies in this thread will be treated as spam and reported to the mods. PMs will be handled similarly. >>

I'm really not sure if someone who posts a thread gets to decide what is spam according to forum rules, but he is able to set his own criteria for hiring people.

Content Writing, Ghostwriting, eBooks, editing, research.

Jason, I think I can see where you were confused about my post. It was directed at the people posting you. They didn't read and follow your requirements so they don't meet your criteria. I didn't mean to say that YOU were doing anything odd. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Cheers, Laurence.
