I hope everyone is doing well. This has been a bit of side project for me over the past few months, but I have been ranking a series of local business sites in very competitive niche's.

In any case, I hate...HATE...HATE telemarketing. Sure, say what you will, I've read it all before. The phone is my friend. Once you learn to do it, it isn't so bad.

Here's the thing....it's a side project and frankly when it stops being fun, I'm less interested.

Anyway, I've got a few of these sites on the first page already (one in Manhattan) and would love some help getting them rented. Happy to work out payment terms etc.

Firstly I have just joined this forum - and I must say its Fantastic!

Back to your question do you have the sites ranking on Goggles first page?
If you do...then head over to: adwords.google.com
Type in the 'key word phrases' for you're local sites - hopefully there is lots of searches.
Print this off together with a proposal letter to prospective businesses.

If they don't respond in 1 week - follow up with a phone call.
