Web Designer/Programmer Needed! Adobe Fireworks and Dreamweaver skills needed for making web pages

I am looking for people that have the programs Adobe Fireworks and Adobe Dreamweaver and can use them to make web page templates. I need these templates to be done so that my clients can easily edit them in simple editing programs like Notepad++. These templates will be sold to people that have barely any or no coding skills so providing instructions as comments in the code are crucial.

Currently: I need squeeze page templates done. My clients must be able to easily put in their auto responder code and must be able to edit the title, text, subtitle, etc and be able to add their logo. Only one page is needed for a squeeze page so it shouldn't be that hard to make. I will need them ready to be edited by my clients.

First timers will be paid to make one template for me based on what I tell them and if I like it, I will ask for many more.

Payment: I will pay $10 for the first template each worker does. Workers must first provide their email in a reply to this post and briefly explain their skills and past experiences in this area of work. Then I will email workers with details of what I want done. Payment will be through PayPal after the worker has sent me their work. I cannot afford to take the risk of paying before the work is done because there is too high of a chance of fraud. You can take my word that I will pay you after because I want to keep a good reputation online and in this forum.

I would like to add that I am open to quotes for your services. I am not completely set on that one price. The $10 that I will pay first timers is for basically a squeeze page template example that I might develope.
