Hello!

I have a PHP membership script that has been running for years

the entire thing just looks old, unprofessional and crappy which I would like to get an estimated quote and eta on "making it look more "today" and less 90's type of design look and feel that it has now

please ask if this doesn't make sense, as I am not a programmer and not sure of how to word things. :confused:
