Can you work with app building platforms?

I am searching for programmers with HTML, CSS, and moderate PHP skills to build apps within the Seattle Clouds app building platform and in the future other app building platforms as well.

I am interested in recruiting a small team of individuals with the abilities to complete apps with a high degree of quality and usability. These apps will be built for small to medium size businesses.

Our marketers find the businesses to sell the apps to, they build the basic mockups of the apps and we complete and finish the app so that it can be approved into the corresponding app markets (i.e. Apple App Store for iPhone - iPad, Android Play Market, and Kindle.)

Pay is set at $225 per app and must include the finished product on all platforms mentioned above. (i.e. Apple, Android and Kindle platforms. It is important to note that once an app is created within one platform (i.e. Android) it can be easily cloned to be built for the next (i.e. Apple or Kindle) eliminating the necessity of having to start from scratch.
